Short CNY swaps have been better offered on easing liquidity conditions and profit-taking on paid positions. The receiving helped reverse early flattening in the 1s/5s curve slope but sources see the spread holding in the low-40s ahead of key Chinese data later in the week, writes Deirdre Yeung of Total Derivatives.
