Spanish real estate IPO shrinks as managers look to aftermarket
A €400m IPO for a Spanish real estate investment trust was shrunk by 10% by the time it was completed on Tuesday, as the sponsor and its bankers opted to decrease the size of the deal deal to avoid a weak aftermarket in the wake of tough trading for peers.
