UBS VOTED TOP DOG
UBS Securities has the best overall mortgage-backed securities desk, according to BondWeek's 2003 MBS survey, and Goldman Sachs was voted the firm that has made the biggest improvement. UBS supplants Citigroup (formerly Salomon Smith Barney), which won three of seven categories to cap the 2002 crown.
