Moody's Investors Service in Europe has hired Thorsten Arsan from consulting firm KPMG's real estate group in Frankfurt. He joins as an associate analyst on the commercial mortgage-backed securities team in Frankfurt, reporting to Detlef Scholz, team managing director. The hire is part of the team's planned expansion to meet the growing CMBS pipeline in Europe, Scholz said earlier this year (BW, 2/7).
