It was a busy social week for the loan market as activity on the desks cooled and buysiders took to traveling and relaxation. Bank of America took a number of accounts out west to Park City Utah for a skiing trip. J.P. Morgan's syndicated and leveraged finance group threw its annual midwinter reception in New York with "The Godfather" of the loan market, Jimmy Lee, presenting. Meanwhile, traders from Credit Suisse First Boston set off for the West Coast to an investor party in L.A. and Scotia Capital held its annual reception at The Sky Club.
