John Fraser, a portfolio manager with Angelo, Gordon & Co., has left the firm only months after the departure of Jeff Aronson, the portfolio manager responsible for all of the firms' distressed securities and leveraged loan efforts. Fraser could not be reached for comment. An Angelo Gordon official confirmed that Fraser has resigned. She added that no key-man provisions have been triggered by the departure and that the firm is looking to complete another collateralized loan obligation.
