Mitch Jacaruso has joined Barclays Capital's agency trading desk. Jacaruso started last week trading callable agencies and reports to Michael Yarian, head of agency trading. Yarian said the addition was made to grow the firm's agency business but no further hires are planned. Jacaruso formerly worked as an agency bond trader at Credit Suisse First Boston and reported to Joseph Ryan and Jeffrey Bosland, co-heads of agencies.
