BNP Paribas has hired George Steelman, head of fixed-income trading at Commerzbank Securities, as director and senior credit trader. Steelman, who declined comment, reports to Mark Alexandridis, head of U.S. credit trading. Margarita Thiel, spokeswoman for Commerzbank, did not return a call by press time.
