Kelly Maier, high-yield trader at Citigroup, has joined Goldman Sachs as v.p. in high-yield trading, according to Ed Canaday, spokesman for Goldman. Joe Christinat, spokesman for Citi, declined comment. Maier could not be reached for comment.
