BofA Adds Two To Agency Desk

Banc of America Securities is adding two professionals to its agency desk.

Banc of America Securities is adding two professionals to its agency desk. Chris McLean has flipped to BofA from Deutsche Bank to trade callable agencies and Tom Mullen is joining to trade agency bullets, according to Pat Coleman, head of BofA's government institutions group. Coleman said the additions were part of his plans to grow the team but declined further comment.

At Deutsche Bank, McLean traded callable agencies and reported to Peter Antico, managing director and head of rates options trading, McLean said. Antico confirmed the move but declined further comment. Mullen traded agency bullets at Morgan and reported to Drew Ertman, head of the firm's agency business, according to an official at the firm. Ertman did not return a call and Mullen did not respond to an e-mail by press time.
