Ian Burdette has flipped to Deutsche Bank from Goldman Sachs. Burdette will trade agency bonds and report to Jon Kinol, head of rates for North America, according to Michele Agostinho, Deutsche Bank spokeswoman. At Goldman, Burdette was a v.p. and agency syndicate trader and reported to Beth Hammack, managing director and head of agency syndicate trading. Michael DuVally, Goldman spokesman, declined comment. Kinol and Burdette did not return calls by press time.
