Calling all lacrosse players...Last week New Balance Athletic Shoe bought Brine, the lacrosse manufacturer that also makes soccer, volleyball and field hockey equipment. No stranger to the sport, New Balance previously purchased Warrior Lacrosse in 2004. The company, however, did not disclose how it will finance the transaction...so any former players want to get their bank to underwrite the deal? "Glory Days" will be played at the potential bank meeting.
