JPMorgan has hired Jeremy Kloiser-Jones, head of structured equity derivatives sales at Lehman Brothers in Tokyo, for a new role as head of equity derivatives marketing on its Tokyo desk. Kloiser-Jones, who starts this week, reports to Clarke Pitts, head of equity derivatives in Tokyo. "There's still a lot of opportunities in Japan in a variety of spaces," said Pitts, explaining the new senior position on the marketing team.
Additionally, Patrick Moisy, Asian head of markets risk in Tokyo, will assume Pitts' role as head of equity derivatives in Tokyo in the coming months. Pitts plans to take a senior role within the equity group in London this summer (DW, 4/14).
At Lehman, Kloiser-Jones reported to Benjamin Fuchs, Asian head of equity derivatives in Tokyo. Fuchs did not respond to messages.
