Barclays Capital has hired Uwe Becker, covering equity sales to Germany at Calyon in London, for a similar role. Becker will be responsible for developing retail products to be distributed by institutional clients in Germany, according to Kerry Kennedy, spokeswoman for Barclays in London.
At Barclays, Becker will report to Giles Rothwell, head of investor solutions.
