Morgan Stanley has hired Raj Dave, a capital structure arbitrage trader at Commerzbank Securities in New York, for a similar role. Dave, who declined comment, moved into a trading role last year, having previously worked as a high-yield analyst (DW, 7/8). It could not be determined whether he is filling a newly created seat.
