Lehman Brothers is transferring Assan Din, head of credit derivatives for non-Japan Asia, to London to be head of integrated credit trading for Europe and has hired Luca Favero, a credit-default swap trader at Credit Suisse First Boston in London, as a crossover and investment-grade cash and derivatives trader.
In addition, Chris Howe, a credit trader in Tokyo, is replacing Jawahar Chirimar, head of credit trading for Asia. Chirimar, who is leaving the firm next month, did not return calls.
Din, who joined Lehman in 1997, will report to Tarun Jotwani, co head of fixed income. Din could not be reached for comment.
