Jean-Philippe Foeillet, co-head of the fixed income derivatives trading desk at CDC IXIS Capital Markets in New York, has moved to London as head of derivatives sales to the frequent users group. In this role, he will market products to professional and tier one clients, according to an official at the firm. Foeillet, who declined comment, started work in London two weeks ago.
