Ron Tanemura is retiring from his position as global co-head of credit derivatives at Goldman Sachs in New York. Tanemura did not respond to a message left on his office voicemail. Pablo Salame, who co-heads the division with Tanemura, is tipped to take over as sole head of credit derivatives, according to officials.
Calls to Salame’s office were referred to the press office. Ed Canaday, spokesman in New York, confirmed his retirement but was unable to immediately comment on his replacement.
