JPMorgan plans to transfer Edmund Ng, managing director and head of rates trading in Singapore, to Hong Kong in a bid to centralize top-level management for emerging market interest rate trading in Asia. Chester Kam, managing director and head of Asian rates trading in Hong Kong, confirmed the move.
Kam also recently moved from Singapore to Hong Kong, partly to keep a closer eye on the growing opportunities in mainland China (DW, 9/17).
