McDermott Will & Emery plans to hire 30 attorneys specializing in structured finance and derivatives for its New York office by end-2007. It expects to take on 10 this year. The new hires will allow the firm to dedicate teams to specific clients, said partner Joseph Suh, one of 12 lawyers who specialize in structured finance and derivatives in New York.
