Nomura Securities has recruited Adam Durran, credit derivatives trader at Calyon in Tokyo, for its credit structuring desk in Tokyo. Hironori Kitamura, head of structured products at Nomura, said the firm is looking to boost its credit structuring capabilities for both domestic and foreign credit-based collateralized debt obligations. Durran, who headed up the Asia-Pacific credit derivatives trading desk for Calyon, could not be reached.
