Cruz: no Phils mandate yet or deal for now
Despite the widespread belief in the Asian bond market that the Republic of the Philippines had mandated Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and JP Morgan at the beginning of June for a deal of about $1bn, the country's treasurer Omar Cruz told EuroWeek this week that the republic had not given a definitive mandate.
