Wesfarmers turns to equity for A$2.8bn Coles debt refinancing
Australian coal to retailing group Wesfarmers launched a fully underwritten share offer worth at least A$2.8bn ($1.9bn) yesterday, becoming the latest Australian issuer to turn to the equity markets to reduce its debt.
