Morgan Stanley hires Roy for rates and credit

Morgan Stanley has hired Ranodeb Roy, the former co-head of Asian fixed income at Merrill Lynch, as its new head of interest rates, credit and currencies for non-Japan Asia. He started on Wednesday.
