Dissenting investors give Ineos thumbs up
A loan amendment proposed by Ineos allowing it to refinance Eu1bn of loans and bonds and increase its headroom is likely to be approved this Friday after it improved the terms on offer, one of the main dissenting investors told EuroWeek yesterday. About a fifth of lenders rejected the original proposals, forcing the chemicals group to extend the deadline from last Friday.
