Santander and BBVA to seize the moment

Santander and Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) are expected to issue senior unsecured bonds, a Eu1bn two year FRN and a five year issue respectively, in what market participants say is a propitious day to come to the market.
