Ontario nets ¥132.6bn in biggest Euroyen issue in over a year

The Province of Ontario returned to the Euroyen bond market this week, approaching investors with price talk on a planned ¥50bn bond that quickly turned into the biggest yen issue from a foreign borrower in over a year, reaching ¥132.6bn ($1.46bn).
