Heavyweights sought to reopen corporate mart

Corporate bond bankers this week called on some of Europe’s strongest and best-rated borrowers to step forward and pay the new issue premium needed to get a deal away, in a bid to fully reopen the market which has been almost completely paralysed in the last fortnight.
