Forte quits BarCap to drive RBS expansion in the US
Victor Forte, most recently a managing director at Barclays Capital but best known as the last head of US syndicate at Lehman Brothers, is to join Royal Bank of Scotland at the end of the summer. He becomes head of high grade syndicate for the Americas, a new position at RBS.
