S&P says liquidity crisis hasn’t changed all loan structures
Even though the liquidity crisis has put the ball back in investors’ court when it comes to new deal requirements, it seems not all their demands are being heeded. According to a new report by Standard & Poor’s, although the larger LBOs have seen more equity and lower leverage, the same has not been true in smaller deals where leverage multiples are higher.
