RBS hires Morgan Stanley syndicate head Ted Lo

Theodore "Ted" Lo has resigned from Morgan Stanley, where he was head of Asian debt syndicate, for a job at RBS in Japan. Lo is to become head of credit trading for Japan at RBS, which is stepping up its expansion in the country following the acquisition of ABN Amro’s Asian operations.
