Study Group LBO creeps closer to launch
Four underwriters are preparing to launch a A$330m leveraged loan backing the acquisition of Study Group into syndication. The deal is one of the first loans backing an LBO to be syndicated in the deal-starved Asian leveraged loan market this year.
