Arcapita buys out CEPL with Eu265m of debt
Calyon, ING, Royal Bank of Scotland and Société Générale were mandated this week to arrange a Eu265m deal backing the secondary buyout of CEPL, the French logistics provider, by Arcapita, the Bahraini investor. The buyout shows that the need for conservative structures on even the smallest facilities has not yet abated — the equity cheque is thought to be over 50%.
