Stocks misery holds up $800m Renhe offer
The planned IPO of Chinese underground shopping mall developer, Renhe Commercial, hung in the balance this week —and if it emerges it may not do so until the week of September 22. The deal size is likely to be up to $800m through the sale of 15% of the company.
