Philippines gets big response to bond exchange
The Republic of the Philippines closed a debt swap this week that left bankers sorting through $4.46bn of bonds tendered by investors — and the sovereign is set to issue a new $2.24bn January 2021 bond and tap an outstanding October 2034 deal for almost $950m.
