Dufry’s Sfr1.25bn duty-free deal cleared for take-off
The Srf1.25bn equivalent loan backing Swiss duty free shops operator Dufry’s acquisition of US airport retailer Hudson Group is to be launched today with a margin of 225bp over Libor on all three of its tranches.
