Korea Finance Corp made its long-awaited international bond debut this week, raising $750m from a deal that set an aggressive precedent by pricing inside comparable bonds from Korea Development Bank. But the new issue widened in early secondary trading and led debt bankers to question whether the issuer pushed pricing too far.
