Lees to run Citigroup’s European FIG DCM

Chris Lees has been appointed as Citigroup’s new head of Europe FIG debt capital markets EuroWeek has found. Lees was previously in charge of UK bank coverage as well as cross-border products in FIG capital markets and fills a vacuum left by Alan Patterson when he moved to the bank’s advisory business in April 2007.
