MS swings Sponda sale on dual anchors
Solidium, the Finnish state investment company, sold a Eu176.5m stake in property investment firm Sponda on Tuesday in a Morgan Stanley-managed deal that involved a Eu63m placement to institutional investors in addition to a pair of larger anchor orders.
