Air Berlin lands Eu200m debut for CB take-out
Germany’s second largest airline turned to the high yield bond market for a Eu200m debut issue this week that enabled it to retire a convertible bond it issued just last year. Unrated Air Berlin closed the deal on Tuesday, three days ahead of schedule, after increasing the twice covered offer from an initial Eu150m.
