Hana Financial picks Credit Suisse for $1.3bn share sale
Hana Financial is launching a W1.4tr ($1.3bn) primary share sale to fund part of its $4bn takeover of Korea Exchange Bank from private equity company Lone Star. Credit Suisse has been appointed sole bookrunner on the deal, which is expected to price next week.
