BC Partners direct dials HY in £700m Phones4U buy-out
BC Partners on Friday went direct to the high yield bond market after announcing a £700m buy-out of UK mobile phone retailer, Phones4U. It mandated Goldman Sachs to lead a £430m seven year non-call three bond alongside a revolving facility which will provide all of the debt backing the buy-out.
