Nomura picks two to replace equity head
Rachid Bouzouba has left Nomura, just over a month after being replaced as joint head of global equities and head of equities for the Asia Pacific. The Japanese bank has turned to two internal equity bankers, John Adair and Paul Dolan, to replace him in the Asian job.
