CB success pushes bankers to pitch punchy pricing
Convertible bonds have dominated business in Asia’s equity capital markets over the last seven days. Four deals have been priced since April 8 but some equity bankers fear that issuers are getting too aggressive and could price themselves out of the market — or leave banks holding paper they will not be able not sell.
