Pepper spices up RMBS plans, buys A$5bn prime loans pool
Australian mortgage provider Pepper Homeloans is planning to sell its first prime mortgage securitisation, after buying a A$5bn ($5.29bn) portfolio that tripled its assets. The non-bank lender has already fielded enquiries from several interested investors and could launch a deal before the end of the year.
