Leads confident of selling first unsecured UK housing association deal
Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley and Royal Bank of Scotland are hoping to price on Monday afternoon a £150m-£200m bond for Places for People Homes, a deal that one of the lead managers said was the first unsecured bond for a UK housing association.
