ING lets RMBS investors choose – and they want duration
ING Bank proved the increasing appetite for longer tenors in Australia’s RMBS market this week, after taking a novel approach to marketing a A$750m ($802.2m) deal. The bank offered investors senior tranches with two different maturities, and let them pick which one it would sell.
