Citi moves Boom to help PSG with broader scope

Citi has appointed a new head for its public sector group (PSG) in the EMEA region, as the bank looks to position itself better for what is a broadening area of activity as governments attempt to balance service provision with a need to tackle worsening debt burdens. The bank has also hired two other senior bankers to the group.
