CHINA - Are China's last big state banks living in a bubble?

Plans to list Agricultural Bank of China and China Development Bank could hardly have come at a worse time, with confidence in the sector plumbing new depths by the day. Observers are fearful that the economy is not only weakening but a bubble about to burst. Besides, both banks have internal issues that would likely turn investors' hair white. Naomi Rovnick reports.
