Fresenius scraps FRN, prices at tight end of guidance

Fresenius Medical Care priced its high yield bonds at the tight end of price talk on Thursday. The world’s largest provider of kidney dialysis products and services sold €684m equivalent of euro and dollar senior unsecured notes – more than the initially targeted €614.3m.
